How to claim
Purchase an eligble Samsung washing from a participating retailer with payment made in full between 01 May and 21 May 2025.
Register and submit a claim at https://www.samsung.com/au/offer/laundry-promotion by providing all requested details in the Online Claim Form including the model number, serial number, photo of the serial number, copy of the original tax invoice of the Participating Product and other relevant details.
Submit the completed Online Claim Form no later than 20 July 2025.
Claims are validated after all claim requirements are received and verified. Refer to Full Terms and Conditions at: https://www.samsung.com/au/offer/laundry-promotion/terms
Following a valid submission, the Eligible Claimant will receive a unique voucher code via an email at their nominated email address within 60 days of the claim being approved.
Visit the Koala Eco website using the redemption link provided where the gift 'complete Laundry Collection' will be listed and the discount code pre-applied along with Free Shipping.
