How to find model & serial number of Samsung Smart TV’s

You can easily locate the model number, serial number and software version, directly from your TV’s menu settings.

1 Navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support.
2 Select About TV.
3 From this menu, you can view the Samsung website URL, the Samsung Support phone number, your device’s model number, your device’s software version, and the Open Source License.

Notes:

  • You can also view information by scanning the QR code displayed on your TV.
  • You can also start this function by pressing and holding the Play/Pause button for 5 or more seconds. Continue holding the button until the customer information pop-up window appears.
