How to mirror your iOS device’s screen to your Samsung Smart TV

You can mirror your iOS device’s screen to your Samsung Smart TV if you’d like to share content, such as videos and photos. You can follow the instructions in our guide to learn how to use the Screen Mirroring feature, as well as Apple AirPlay.

Note: Your iOS device and Samsung TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network to use Screen Mirroring.

The steps below will help you use the Screen Mirroring feature on your iOS device.

1 On your iOS device, swipe down from the top right of the screen to open the Control Center, and then tap the Screen Mirroring icon (the squares).

2 Select your TV’s name.

3 You will be prompted to enter an AirPlay code; follow the on-screen instructions.

4 Your iOS device’s screen will appear on the TV.
5 To stop mirroring, swipe down from the top right of your iOS device’s screen to open the Control Center again, and then tap the Screen Mirroring icon.
6 Tap Stop Mirroring.

To enjoy content from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac on your Samsung TV, the AirPlay feature must be turned on. Follow the steps below to enable AirPlay on your Samsung TV.

1 Navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Connections.

2 Select Apple AirPlay Settings.

3 Select Airplay to enable the feature.
