Add an eligible 2025 TV product unveiled during the pre-order period to cart and enter your exclusive eVoucher promo code at checkout to receive a discount of $250.

*The $50 TV eVoucher purchased via the TV eVoucher Buy Page will qualify as a $250 NZD off towards the pre-order of the latest TV products unveiled on 2:00pm 15th May (the "Participating Products"), when this eVoucher is redeemed between 2:00pm NZT on 15th May and 11:59pm NZT on 3rd June 2025 (the "Bonus Valid Period"). If the cart does not contain a Participating Product, then the eVoucher will resume to its original value of $50. The eVoucher can be redeemed across Samsung range of products (Mobile, TV&AV, Appliances, IT, Accessories). eVoucher must be redeemed through an Eligible Samsung Online Store and will expire after the Bonus Valid Period.   • Spend $50 to receive an eVoucher worth $250 towards the purchase of the new 2025 TV Line-Up between 2:00pm on 15th May and 11:59pm on 3rd June 2025. During this period, if the cart does not contain a Participating Product, the eVoucher will be worth $50 and may be used towards the purchase across any Samsung product (Mobile, TV&AV, Appliances, IT, Accessories) on the Samsung.com store of $51 or more. The Offer is redeemable online at Samsung Online Stores (samsung.com/nz, Samsung Staff Portal, Samsung Education Store, Samsung Government, Samsung Business, and eligible Samsung Enhanced Partnership Portals). Any Voucher or remaining value in a Voucher not used after the Valid Period will be forfeited. The eVoucher will expire on 11:59pm 15th July 2025 NZST.

  • If you don’t use the eVoucher provided during the dates of 15th May and 11:59pm NZST on 3rd June 2025 NZST on towards ordering the latest 2025 TV Line-Up then the eVoucher will provide a $50 discount off any Samsung product (Mobile, TV&AV, Appliances, IT, Accessories) on Samsung.com of $51 or more until 11:59pm 15th July 2025 NZST. The eVoucher can be redeemed across the Samsung Range (Mobile, TV&AV, Appliances, IT, Accessories). After 11:59pm 15th July 2025 NZST, the eVoucher will expire and the $50 will be non-refundable.

  • The $50 order for a Voucher is non-refundable, ie. there is no change of mind policy for this purchase.

  • In most cases the eVoucher will be received the next calendar day after purchasing the Voucher, though delays may occur.

  • Please check your spam or junk folders for the Voucher email and if it has been more than 72 hours after purchase please contact our customer service team on 0800 726 786.

  • Once you receive your eVoucher via email, copy it exactly as it is provided including capitalisation and dashes then paste this into the ‘promo code’ field in the cart page during checkout to receive the discount off of the cart total.
