Innovation has no limits
Back for its fifth year, Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Next Gen is designed for 11-15 year olds to inspire the next generation of innovators. Designed to make it simple for Teachers to deliver to their students, the programme offers interactive video lessons, design thinking, online safety and careers resources, and a fun easy-to-enter challenge.
The theme for the 2025 tech for good idea challenge is Living Well: Tech for a Happier, Healthier World, which will challenge students to explore how positive use of technology can enhance our wellbeing. There are some fantastic tech prizes to be won for students, teachers and schools.
So far the programme has reached 180,093 young people, and 2,864 tech for good ideas have been entered into the challenge.

Educational innovation for the next generation
• Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Next Gen launched in 2020 and so far has reached 180,093 young people and over a third of secondary schools across the UK and Ireland
• 571 secondary schools across the UK and Ireland signed up to receive free resources in 2024, with 67,501 young people engaging with the content
• Interactive video tutorials, including one for British Sign Language users, help to inspire the next generation of innovators
• The theme is refreshed every two years and has so far included Sustainability and Inclusivity. The 2025 theme is Living Well: Tech for a Happier, Healthier World.

Samsung, together with the National Schools Partnership , runs Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Next Gen. The initiative supports the next generation of innovators, offering education in design thinking, online safety, and careers resources and insights, and invites schools annually to take part in a challenge to develop a tech for good idea. All resources are designed for 11-15 year olds and are free for teachers across the UK and Ireland.
